PURPOSES, LEGAL BASIS, AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROCESSING

The source of the data referred to in point (b) is: Provided directly by the data subject. Main Purpose: To carry out the tasks required by the current contract between the parties. Legal Basis: The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same.

RECIPIENTS

Exclusively for the purposes indicated above, the data will be made known, in addition to the competent internal personnel units, also to external collaborators appointed for their processing, whose list is available at the Data Controller’s headquarters, and, purely by way of example, labor consultants, accountants, banks, credit institutions, software and hardware assistance companies, etc.

TRANSFERS

There are no transfers of Personal Data to Recipients outside the European Union.

DATA RETENTION

All personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, relevance, and proportionality, only with the methods, including IT and telematics, strictly necessary to achieve the purposes described above. In any case, personal data will be kept for a period of time no longer than strictly necessary for the achievement of the indicated purposes. Personal data for which retention is not necessary or for which retention is not provided for by current legislation, in relation to the indicated purposes, will be deleted. It is highlighted that the information systems used for managing the collected information are configured, from the outset, to minimize data usage.
